MoodConnect is an app that can help you to identify how you are feeling and connect you with others through anonymous text chat. MoodConnect also has a Mood Tracker that allows you to track your feelings and how they change throughout the day, week, month and year.

We believe that the journey to a healthy lifestyle starts on the inside, and that means focusing on mental health and acknowledging our own feelings, honoring those feelings and learning how to communicate with others and have healthier relationships with ourselves and others.

MoodConnect also aims to help reduce suicide and help users who are experiencing ideations of suicide by providing resources that will immediately send them the help that they need. We are partnering with other organizations, programs, practitioners and coaches to connect you with helpful health and wellness resources in our Worldwide Wellness program.
